Our story
The marketplace built for the people who run the iron
PayDirt HQ exists because buying and selling used heavy equipment shouldn't require a middleman standing between you and the deal.
Why “PayDirt HQ”
Striking pay dirt means finding the good stuff — the vein worth digging for. That's what we want every visit to feel like: whether you're a seller finally getting real eyes on your inventory, or a buyer who found exactly the machine you needed without wading through junk listings to get there.
A listing marketplace
We're a listing marketplace — not an auction house, not a broker, not a dealer ourselves. We built PayDirt HQ so owner-operators and dealers can list equipment where serious buyers are actually looking, and so buyers can browse, compare, and connect directly with sellers, without paying a dime to do it.
What we believe
Buyers shouldn't pay to shop
Browsing, searching, and contacting sellers on PayDirt HQ is free. We think the person spending real money on a piece of equipment shouldn't also be paying a platform fee just to find it.
Sellers should own the relationship
When a buyer reaches out, that's your deal — your terms, your price, your negotiation. We don't insert ourselves into the transaction or hold your funds. You list it, you sell it, you get paid directly.
Trust comes from transparency, not gatekeeping
Every listing is sold where-is, as-is, so we're upfront that inspection is on the buyer and accuracy is on the seller. No listing is “verified” by us in a way that overstates what we can actually promise — because we think false confidence is worse than clear expectations.
Who PayDirt HQ is for
Equipment dealers
Looking for another channel to move inventory, in front of buyers who came here already shopping for equipment.
Owner-operators
Selling a single machine, who want it seen by buyers who are actually shopping for heavy equipment — not lost in a general classifieds site.
Buyers
Who want to see hours, configuration and photos up front, arrange their own inspection, and deal straight with the person who owns the machine.
How it works
Sellers create an account and get their equipment in front of buyers. Buyers browse for free, reach out directly to sellers they're interested in, and handle the deal — negotiation, payment, and pickup — between themselves. We don't hold funds in escrow or arrange transport. We built the place where the deal starts; how it finishes is between you and the other party.
